At Ggazcards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your Ggazcards account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Ship the Items

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
